    Ng Chin Kuong, Eric
    Executive Director
     
    Eric is the co-founder of S L Ng Group of Companies. In 1997 and soon after graduating from secondary education, Eric made a decision to join the commercial world by seeking small amount of financial support from his father. The initial start-up of the business was tough with limited resources and competition brought by other more established distributors.
     
    At that time, Eric chose to start the company's operation in his home town in Pontian. He started the business as a van salesman with one-man-show operations selling beverages to small group of retailers within the Pontian territory. He was subsequently offered the distributorship of Dumex in year 1997 with monthly revenue of RM80,000. Eric slowly establish the company's reputation as a good distributor, recognized by the trade customers as well of other principals.

    Subsequently in 2005, he was offered to expand the business to Johor Bahru with Sara Lee portfolio. By seizing other incoming opportunities, Eric successfully acquire a few other distribution businesses including Danone Dumex's consolidation of total Johor state. In line with business expansion, Eric kept reshaping the business model from traditional operations to building a team of professional management team with various background forming a cross-function team of Commercial, Finance, MIS, Customer Service, Human Resource, Warehouse and Logistics.

    Eric initiated for investment of a Distribution Centre in Johor Bahru to cater for the consistent business expansion. This can be seen by the establishment of S L Ng Distribution Centre in Johor Bahru today, as well as ongoing expansions in Melaka and Kuala Lumpur. Under his leadership, many significant projects have been carried out over the years - One DC, WISE, Eagle Eyes, Quantum Growth 500 and etc., and these has united the team to strive for a single vision to progress.

    As a result of remarkable improvement in business establishment, Eric has led the team to build the company to become the most efficient distributor within its territory. These positive performances have translated into significant improvement in financial performance, gaining the support of several major banking institution for continuous expansion.

    Moving forward, Eric envisions S L Ng to keep evolving its business model to adapt to today's FMCG industry landscape. He has gained strong back-up by a team of highly professional management team who are specialists in their own field, an excellent field sales team and a highly-committed backend work force.       Quek Mei Ling
    General Manager, Operations
     
    Mei Ling has been with the company since its humble beginning in a small province of Pontian. She started as a Customer Service Executive in year 2000 before being promoted to Sales Administrative Manager. We gradually expanded our business and moved our headquarters to Johor Bahru. Along with exceptional results shown by the organization, Mei Ling was subsequently promoted as General Manager, Operations in 2014. She is the key influence in all the systems and processes that we have in place today and plays an important role to ensure optimum level of productivity in the whole cross-function teams.
     
     
     
     
      Selena Ong
    Manager, Finance
     
    Selena has been with the company since 2012, joining us with very competent experiences and educational background. She started her accounting career in Yi-Lai Industry in 2006 as an assistant accountant before moving to Cal-Comp Precision, a local electronics company with global operations, in 2008 as an accountant. Selena graduated with a Diploma in Accounting and a Degree in Commerce (major in Accounting). She is also a member of Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Australia. Selena was instrumental in our GST implementation in 2015, resulting in a seamless transition and zero downtime to our business.
     
     
     
     
      Cindy Beh
    Manager, Customer Solutions
     
    Cindy joined us in 2009 as a Customer Service Assistant, gradually moving up the ranks as Customer Service Executive, Assistant Customer Service Manager and finally Customer Solutions Manager. Prior to that, she started her career as Operation Clerk in YHL. Cindy's progressiveness in the organization is a result of her expertise in customer service and leadership to ensure her team grows together with business demands. She graduated with a Diploma in Hotel Management.
     
     
     
     
      Jackson Goh
    General Manager, Commercial
     
    Jackson was equipped with 15 years of sales professional experience with increasingly responsible roles, from a sales personnel and recently be a former National Sales Manager. He will shares us his wealth knowledge within sales & marketing skills as well as distribution management in FMCG industry which obtained from several companies. In his most recent employment, Jackson engaged with a portfolio of managing the general trade sales functions in total national for Dutch Ladies Milk Industries Bhd.
     
     
     
     
      Alvin Ng
    Commercial Manager, Sales, Danone Dumex (Lower South)
     
    Alvin joined us in 2012 as Business Unit Manager and he has proven himself to be a top performer in Danone Dumex's business with several high-profile recognitions - Best Distributor Sales Team Award 2012, Best Distributor Sales Team Award 2013, Best Distributor Sales Team Award 2015 and Best Business Unit Manager Award 2015. He started his FMCG career with Merison Marketing as Sales Representative before joining Hong Lea as Sales Supervisor. His last role before joining us was a promotion to Sales Manager in Hong Lea, overseeing the Unilever sales operations. Alvin graduated with a Diploma in Business Administration.
     
     
     
     
      Wong Ching Shoei
    Commercial Manager, Sales Danone Dumex (Upper South)
     
    Ching Shoei brings 28 years of extensive FMCG experience to the organization starting as a Sales Representative with RJ Renolds and Dumex. As part of RTM revamp, he joined Chop Nam Shin Chan as Business Unit Manager in 2008 taking charge of Dumex's distributor operations. He proved his credentials by winning the Best Business Unit Manager Award 2012 with excellent sales and fundamental performance. In the year of 2015, we undertook Chop Nam Shin Chan's operation resulting in Ching Shoei joining us as Business Unit Manager in the same capacity. Ching Shoei graduated with an Executive Diploma in Business Management.
